What we collect and why

Enki Gold International receives the name, contact details, delivery town, product request and notes you submit to answer your enquiry and manage your order. Chat messages and order activity are stored to continue the conversation and help our team follow up.

Chat and service providers

When the AI service is enabled, your chat messages and relevant catalog information are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. AI use is identified in the chat. Order notifications may be processed by our transactional email provider, Resend or the SMTP provider configured by the owner. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which has its own privacy practices. Google review information is supplied by Google when connected.

Keep sensitive information out of chat

Do not provide passwords, M-Pesa PINs, full payment-card details or unnecessary medical information. Payment references are used to match payments; a reference is not an automatic payment verification.

Access and retention

Administrative access is restricted. We keep records for the order and related business needs and review deletion requests individually, subject to any applicable recordkeeping duties. Enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing.

Your choices

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask how your information is used. You may use WhatsApp or email instead of on-site chat.

Cookies

A secure session cookie remembers your on-site chat. Administrator access uses password-protected PHP sessions. No advertising or analytics cookies are added by this version of the site.

Chat, WhatsApp and applications

Chat messages are saved and transcripts are queued to the Enki team’s configured email recipient. Our AI provider processes messages to generate replies when connected; the API requests use store:false. Please do not include sensitive medical history, PINs or card details. When you choose a WhatsApp handoff, your supplied contacts and conversation are prepared for sharing. Short conversations appear in the prefilled message. Longer ones include a private transcript link that expires after seven days. Anyone you give that link to can read the shared conversation. You must tap Send in WhatsApp to send the message. Pharmacy applications collect your licence number, contacts and exact business location for eligibility checks and follow-up. Shop orders collect the details needed for quotations, delivery and payment administration. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your information.

Basket and private order links

The browser stores product identifiers and quantities locally to remember your basket. An order access token may be held in this browser tab after you open your private order link. Your name and contact fields are not saved to browser storage by this website. Anyone who receives your complete private order link can see its order and payment status; share it only with the people who need it.
