Submitting an enquiry requests contact from the Enki team. It is not a confirmed sale. Product availability, specification, price, delivery charges and timing must be confirmed before payment.

Payment and delivery

Use only the payment details in your confirmed quotation. The order team verifies received funds. Submitting a transaction reference does not mark an order as paid. Delivery arrangements are agreed for each order and destination.

Product information

Check the current label, full ingredients, batch information and use instructions. Illustrative packaging may differ from the supplied product. Product education and assistant replies do not replace medical advice or guarantee a health outcome.

Changes, cancellation and returns

Contact the team promptly if you need to amend or cancel a request, or if an item arrives damaged or differs from the agreed order. Eligibility and next steps depend on the order and applicable consumer rights; agree the relevant return terms before payment.
